  • 1 packet Cuban Slow Cooker Sauce Mix
  • 2 pounds boneless pork shoulder roast
  • 1 cup orange juice

  1. In a 4-quart or larger slow cooker combine all ingredients.
  2. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 4-6 hours or until pork is tender.
  3. Break into chunks or shred.

Makes 6-8 servings.

Serving Suggestions: Serve shredded pork in slider buns, tortillas or lettuce wraps topped with your favorite tops such as shredded cabbage or lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped avocados, shredded cheese, cilantro.
