- ½ cup canned light coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- No bake/cook
- In a pint-sized mason jar or container with tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients.
- Cover tightly and shake to combine. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
