Creamy Caramel Pear Salad Recipe
Fresh pears over leafy greens drizzled with our Creamy Caramel Sauce make this salad taste like a sweet treat.
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
- Leafy greens
- 2 cored, sliced pears
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. crumbled gorgonzola cheese, or to taste
- No bake/cook
Combine first 3 ingredients; whisk until blended. Layer remaining ingredients on salad plates; drizzle with dressing. Makes 3-4 servings.
