Cranberry-Orange Walnut Bread Recipe
Sweetened up Beer Bread with a little crunch of walnuts.
- 3/4 cup Sprite®
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 - 3 tsp. sugar
Combine first 3 ingredients. Stir in cranberry sauce and walnuts. For muffins, pour batter in greased muffin tins and bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes. For bread, bake in greased loaf pan at 375° for 50-55 minutes. Sprinkle sugar on top of muffins or loaf before baking. Makes 14 servings. *or Savory Wheat Beer Bread Mix™
