Cranberry Orange Quinoa Pancakes Recipe
A new twist on breakfast - Cranberry Orange Quinoa Pancakes.
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
In a large bowl whisk first 4 ingredients; stir in walnuts. Ladle onto a greased, preheated griddle. Turn pancakes when puffed and dry around the edges. Makes about 9 (4½-inch) pancakes.
