Cranberry Orange Quinoa Muffin Mix Preparation Recipe
When cranberry and orange pair up with quinoa, you get a hearty and delicious muffin.
- ¾ cup water
- 1 egg*
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine ingredients in a large bowl; blend well. Evenly divide batter into 7 greased muffin cups. Bake 20-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and remove from pan. Makes 7 muffins.
*Egg substitute may be used.
