  • Raspberry Chia Seed Muffin Mix
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup dried, chopped cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 3 ingredients; mix well. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool; store in an airtight container. Makes about 16 cookies.
