Cran-Raspberry Chia Cookies Recipe
Cranberries and raspberries together in a better-for-you cookie that will satisfy your sweet tooth.
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 egg
- ½ cup dried, chopped cranberries
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 3 ingredients; mix well. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool; store in an airtight container. Makes about 16 cookies.
