Corn, Black Bean Breakfast Burritos Recipe
Also freeze well by wrapping each burrito in saran wrap then placing inside freezer bag.

ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground breakfast sausage (can substitute 8 oz breakfast sausages cut in 1/2)

1 Tbsp Onion Onion Seasoning
- 12 large eggs, beaten

1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 12 taco size flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Simmer
directions
Brown sausage and set aside. Cook eggs with Onion Onion and Seasoned Salt until set. Combine all ingredients together and stir. Microwave tortillas for about 30 seconds in microwave. Add about 1/4 cup to center of warmed tortilla. Fold in sides then roll into burrito. Note: Can add your favorite veggies as well.

Best Breakfast Burrito Ever!
I love Corn Black Bean Salsa and to add it to my breakfast just makes it even better!! These Breakfast Burritos are so easy and delicious! Everyone from family to co-workers enjoy them!
