Yummy! Used pineapple soda and didn’t drain pineapple. Made it a cake pan. Amazing flavor! Total winner in our house. Once again, love the versatility of the beer bread. Keep it on hand for last minute “what should I make or bring convenience.

OMG!!!!
This is my all time favorite way to fix the beer bread. I can't stop eating it! It is very oist and flavorful. Like eating dessert!

Pina Colada for breakfast!
I loved this. Bread comes out moist because of the crushed pineapple, but not too much. The coconut adds good flavor. Be aware of what kind of coconut you use. Unsweetened and sweetened will change the flavor.
