Rated 5 out of 5 by Scoobykara from Pina colada cake Yummy! Used pineapple soda and didn’t drain pineapple. Made it a cake pan. Amazing flavor! Total winner in our house. Once again, love the versatility of the beer bread. Keep it on hand for last minute “what should I make or bring convenience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by AZTSFan from Pina Colada for breakfast! I loved this. Bread comes out moist because of the crushed pineapple, but not too much. The coconut adds good flavor. Be aware of what kind of coconut you use. Unsweetened and sweetened will change the flavor.
