    Looks professional!

This was super easy and quick to make! Drizzling the white chocolate over it makes it look fancy and professional but it's not : ) There's other biscotti recipes using the Absolutely Almond Pound Cake too. Try it!

    easiest biscotti ever

I've never been a big fan of the chocolate pound cake, but i'm sold now! I wanted to make fancy treats for a party, and loved how easy this recipe was. These looked like a million bucks and were the perfect texture, crisp without being crunch, not overwhelmingly sweet even though it was chocolate and chocolate. I think next time i may add in a flavored oil, but this is now a new go-to recipe for gifts!

    Made as teacher gifts--delicious!!!

These were so delicious and elegant--the kids were excited to wrap them up and give them to their teachers. Thankful for an easy recipe that makes me look like a rock star. :)

I've made these biscotti at least 5 times, and everyone loves them. The pound cake itself is delicious, but I get a lot more "mileage" out of making it into biscotti! Like the photo, I drizzled melted white chocolate on them, too. Great, easy and wonderful. Highly recommended.

    Absolutely Yummy!!!

I am not a pound cake fan and when I had my last party I wanted to do something different with the cake mix -- as I usually have so much leftover. Found this recipe and after I baked these cookie -- had to put them under lock and key! This is one great recipe! I cooked them a little on the soft side and my guests inhaled the biscotti and wanted the recipe! You will not believe how yummy these are until you try them.
