  • 1 package Citrus Glazed Pineapple Cake Mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, divided
  • 16 pineapple chunks
  • 16 maraschino cherries

Special Equipment: Silicone Bar Pan:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Citrus Glazed Pineapple Cake Mix according to package directions using egg and crushed pineapple. Divide batter among wells of Silicone Bar Pan.
  2. Bake 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool. Carefully remove from pan.
  3. Top cake with glaze, pineapple chunks and cherries.
