Soften the block of cream cheese and place it off to the side for it to cool off. Measure out 4 oz (1/2 cup) of Creamy Caramel Sauce and briefly microwave it so it is soft but not very hot. If it's too hot, let it cool down again. Blend the caramel and cream cheese together. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and finish blending. Please the mix in a decorative bowl, or optionally, it can be placed in plastic wrap and made into a ball. Cool the mix off in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, serve it with sliced apple (top with cinnamon as well), Twisty Grahams are also delish with this! Enjoy! *Optionally, you can use cool whip instead of cream cheese and you would not heat it.
