Chocolate Coconut Almond Pound Cake Recipe

- 1 cup water
- 1 can chocolate almond frosting
- 2 peeled, sliced bananas
- 1 cup flaked coconut

Prepare Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix as directed on package with butter and water. Divide batter evenly between two greased 8-inch round baking pans. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes; cool. Frost cake layers and top with frosting, placing bananas between layers. Toast coconut on ungreased baking sheet in 350° oven for 10 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning; stir often. Sprinkle cooled coconut over top of cake. Store, loosely covered, at room temperature. Makes 6-8 servings.
