Chipotle Chile Loaded Chicken Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Season chicken breasts with Wahoo! Chili Seasoning; salt as desired. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Sear until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Transfer chicken to a greased 9x9-inch baking pan. In medium bowl, vigorously stir together cream cheese and Chipotle Chile Cheese Ball Mix. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Top chicken with cheese ball mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F on an instant read food thermometer.

Makes 6 servings.
