Chile Lime Rubbed Grilled Steak Recipe
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1¼ pounds flat iron steak or sirloin steak
- Prepare grill to medium heat. In small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Rub all over steak.
- Place steak on grill. Grill 5 minutes. Turn over and continue grilling until desired doneness is reached on an instant-read food thermometer (145°F for medium-rare, 160°F for medium) about 2-5 minutes.
- Remove steak from grill and allow to rest 5 minutes. Slice across the grain.
Makes 4 servings + 1 leftover serving.
Serve with Garlic Grilled Zucchini.
