Chile Lime Rubbed Grilled Steak Recipe

Flat iron steak rubbed with Cha Cha! Chile Lime Seasoning and grilled.

  1. Prepare grill to medium heat. In small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Rub all over steak.
  2. Place steak on grill. Grill 5 minutes. Turn over and continue grilling until desired doneness is reached on an instant-read food thermometer (145°F for medium-rare, 160°F for medium) about 2-5 minutes.
  3. Remove steak from grill and allow to rest 5 minutes. Slice across the grain.

Makes 4 servings + 1 leftover serving.

Serve with Garlic Grilled Zucchini.

Reserve 1 serving for Day 14 lunch before serving.
