  • 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar creamy Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)

This recipe requires Creating Magic Pulled Chicken recipe.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Prepare crust according to package directions for a 2 crust pie adding chicken mixture.
  3. Bake 45-60 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 6 servings.

Serve with a green salad.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare through step 2 in a disposable aluminum pie pan. Cover with plastic wrap and then aluminum foil. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove foil and plastic wrap. Continue with step 3.

I put this pot pie on my meal plan for the week since I had just made up a batch of Magic Chicken and since it had broccoli in it. It was really good. My mom said it’s was better than her favorite frozen store brand. My husband even loved it. I will definitely make this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummy Pie I made Magic Chicken the other night and had leftovers so I was looking for something different to do with it. I made this dinner with a few alterations, I added diced potatoes to the recipe and instead of the Alfredo sauce (my family doesn’t really care for that kind of sauce) I used Cream of Chicken instead. That’s what I love about Tastefully Simple, you can tweak the recipes to your preferences and still have a delicious TS meal. The best part is having the kids asking for seconds and thirds.
