Chicken Bake Recipe
Dress up your chicken breasts with this recipe - top them with our Vidalia Onion Dressing and some cheese.
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
Place chicken in greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 4 servings.
Rated 4 out of 5 by ajbarker from Do not use Swiss cheese! I didn't have Italian blend, but what goes better with chicken and onion than Swiss? However, it was nothing like I'd hoped. I used Provolone on thee who chose those pieces seemed to like it enough. Still, none of them said it was a 5 star dish, and I feel like I wasted my delicious dressing. But it was easy!
