  1. In large saucepan or Dutch oven, heat Avocado Oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken, carrots, celery, peppers and Onion Onion Seasoning. Sauté 4-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes 6 servings.

Serve with a low-carb green salad.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Place step 2 ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Place step 3 ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Place both bags in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
