Chick Deviled Eggs Recipe
- 12 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. yellow or Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 medium carrot, peeled
- 24 capers, rinsed and drained
- Fresh chives
- Fresh dill
- No bake/cook
Cut tops off the round ends of the eggs. Carefully scoop out the yolks into a medium bowl. Break up yolks until there are no lumps.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, Italian Garlic Seasoning and vinegar to bowl; using an electric mixer on medium, mix until well combined and fluffy.
Slice carrot and cut into triangles for the beak and arms. Fill eggs with yolk mixture. Decorate as desired using capers for the eyes, carrot triangles for the beak and wings, chives and dill for hair. Makes 12 servings.
