Chewy Multi-Grain Granola Bars Recipe
- 1½ cups extra crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- ¾ cup dried cherries, cranberries or chopped dates
- ½ cup sweetened flaked coconut
Preheat oven to 325°. Combine peanut butter and honey in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute; stir. Microwave an additional 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Pour in granola mix, fruit and coconut. Stir until evenly coated. Firmly press mixture into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. Makes about 24 bars.
