  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups prepared Cha Cha! Shredded Beef, thawed if frozen
  • 12 Bibb or butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup prepared Sí Sí Pico de Gallo
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium cucumber, seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup Creamy Sí Sí Cilantro Dressing

  1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add Cha Cha! Shredded Beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through and browned.
  2. Divide beef among lettuce leaves.
  3. Top with Sí Sí Pico de Gallo, avocado and cucumber. Drizzle with Creamy Sí Sí Cilantro Dressing.
