  • 1½ pounds flat iron or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup unsalted chicken broth or stock
  • 2 tablespoons Cha Cha Chile Lime Seasoning
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 cups cooked brown or white rice
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • Toppings such as chopped avocado, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, salsa, guacamole, sour cream

1. In a 3-quart or larger greased slow cooker, combine first 4 ingredients. Cook on LOW 4-5 hours or until tender. 
2. Divide rice, beans, and steak among dinner bowls or plates. 
3. Top with desired toppings. 

Makes 6 servings.   

Serving Suggestion: Serve with tortilla chips and queso.
