Cauliflower Steaks Recipe
- 2 heads cauliflower, stem removed
- ¼ cup olive oil
Preheat grill to medium-high. Starting in the center of the cauliflower, cut 2-3, 1-inch slices. Reserve the extra cauliflower for another recipe. Brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with Ultimate Steak Seasoning, to taste. Repeat on other side. Place cauliflower "steaks" on a grill pan, greased foil or directly on the grill. Grill to desired doneness, approximately 3-4 minutes, turning at least once. Makes 4-6 servings.
