Caribbean Sundaes Recipe
This fun twist on an old favorite is a delightful summer dessert.
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
- ¾ cup water
- 1 egg
- Vanilla ice cream
- Fresh strawberries
- 8 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 4 ingredients; pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Cool completely. Slice Caribbean Beach Bread; top each slice with a scoop of ice cream and remaining ingredients to taste. Makes 8-9 servings.
