Caramelized Onion Spaghetti Squash Recipe
You need just four ingredients for this flavor-packed side dish.
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (or more as desired)
- 1½ cups shredded white Cheddar cheese
- 3-4 lb. spaghetti squash, cooked and shredded
Preheat oven to 350°. Blend first 3 ingredients together; gently toss with spaghetti squash strands. Bake in a greased baking dish for 30 minutes or until heated through.
