  • OR Mai Tai Cheese Ball Mix
  • 1 (8 ounce package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (7 ounce) container marshmallow crème
  • 1 pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 pear, peeled and chopped*
  • 3 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 18 ounces blueberries
  • 6 ounces raspberries
  • 10 ounces strawberries
  • 1 stick string cheese, sepearted into strands

cooking methods

  • No bake/cook

  1. In a small bowl, combine 1 packet Mango Vanilla Cheese Ball Mix or Mai Tai Cheese Ball Mix with cream cheese; stir in marshmallow crème. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  2. Set aside two larger pear pieces to use for the bunny's teeth. Using a 15x12-inch serving platter, starting with the bunny's cheeks, arrange the pineapple in two circles. In the center of each, place two pear circles to make the whites of the eyes and place a blueberry in the center of each for the pupil. Place a raspberry in the center of the face for the nose.
  3. Outline the ears with pineapple, fill with kiwi and then strawberries. Use reserved two large pieces of pear for the teeth. Create bunny's whiskers with string cheese strands.
  4. Arrange the remaining blueberries around the bunnies head. Serve with fruit dip on side.

Makes 8-10 servings.

*Tip: To help keep pear from browning, dip in cold water with lemon juice.
