Buffalo Dill Tilapia Recipe
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 pound fresh tilapia fillets
- In large skillet, heat Avocado Oil and butter over medium-high heat until melted; add fish. Sauté until browned, about 1 minute per side.
- Remove from heat; reduce heat to medium. Pour sauce over the fish, cover pan and return to heat. Cook until internal temperature of fish reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 2 minutes. Serve.
Makes 4 servings.
Serve with Steamed Broccoli with Garlic Butter and brown rice.
