Breakfast made easy! ☺️
This was SOOO easy & really good!! I mixed everything the night before to allow the seasonings to expand & flavor the casserole perfect. Baked for 1 hour & allowed it to rest for 10 minutes before serving. It was PERFECT! Highly recommend this recipe.

Substantial but needs veggies
This is a simple but good breakfast dish. I made 1/2 the recipe in a 8X8 pan which worked well; then we froze some of the pieces for a quick microwave another day. Next time I'll add some multi-colored peppers and mushrooms for color and texture..

Very good!
Easy to throw together. As I was mixing it up my 5 year old asked what smells so good. I made it with sausage. Very good!

Quite good & very simple
I prepared this the night before Easter and it was a big hit for our Easter brunch! I made it with cooked bacon and everyone enjoyed it. It was nice to be able to just put in right in the oven after church. We will definitely use this recipe again!
