Bourbon Bacon Kabobs Recipe
Bacon, mushrooms and Bayou Bourbon Glaze make up these chicken kabobs....so good!
- 2.52 oz. pkg. pre-cooked bacon
- 1½ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 6 (10-inch) skewers
Cut each bacon piece in half. Alternately thread chicken, bacon and mushrooms onto skewers; repeat. Lightly oil grill rack. Grill kabobs over medium heat for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing frequently with glaze. Serve extra glaze on the side for dipping if desired. Makes 4-6 servings. Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak in water at least 30 minutes prior to use.
Rated 5 out of 5 by BBourbonfan from Quick, Easy, & Good! Love this recipe and I have made it several times. It's quick and easy to make. It is a go to recipe when we are tired of boring chicken. Some times I don't even mess with skewers, I just throw it all in a pan and bake it!
