Black Bean Hummus Recipe

- 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
- No bake/cook
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve with veggies or pita bread.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Kewpie from Easy and economical I was skeptical, but this was tasty. Can of black beans probably cheaper than buying hummus at the store. I used Onion Onion because I did not have Garlic Garlic. I dipped in corn chips.
