- 10-12 lb. pre-cooked bone-in ham
- 1/4 cup spicy mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar
In a large roaster, place ham on a rack skin side up. Make 1/4 inch deep slices across the ham in a diamond pattern. Brush on mustard, making sure to get in the grooves. Pack brown sugar on the outside, also getting in the grooves. Finally pour the bottle of Bayou Bourbon Glaze over the top. Bake covered according to directions on ham. For the last hour, remover lid and baste every 10-15 minutes with the juices. Makes 10-12 servings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SueMcB from Best Easter Ham Ever! Made this recipe for Easter this year and will never make ham any other way! I love Bayou Bourbon Glaze anyway, but mixed with the mustard and brown sugar - WOW! Even my husband loved the sauce that it made to drizzle over the slices - after his initial disappointment that I didn't make my usual mustard sauce. Definitely a keeper!

Rated 5 out of 5 by MBrusoe from Most amazing ham ever!!! I have made this ham for the past 5 years and my family won't have it any other way!! It used to be that they preferred the turkey and I just made ham for myself. As soon as I tasted this glaze I knew it would be perfect and found this recipe. Needless to say, I have converted my family and we all enjoy our Thanksgiving ham now :)
