BBQ Coleslaw Recipe
- 1 (16 ounce) package tri-color coleslaw mix (without dressing)
- 1 small green or red bell pepper, cut into thin slices
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons milk
- No bake/cook
- In large bowl combine first 3 ingredients. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over coleslaw and toss lightly. Salt and pepper as desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
Makes 6-8 servings.
