Banana Walnut Pancakes Recipe
Hearty, good-for-you pancakes with yogurt, bananas and walnuts.
- 1½ cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1¼ cups milk
Combine first 3 ingredients; blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Ladle onto a greased, preheated griddle. Turn pancakes when tops bubble and edges begin to brown. Makes 18 (4-inch) pancakes.
