Banana Chai Protein Shake Recipe

Use Greek yogurt and cottage cheese with Oh My! Chai to make a protein-filled breakfast shake.

Zing the chai, cottage cheese and banana together in blender. Add ice and zing again. Top with a little squirt of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Testing Notes You can thin this out with a little milk if you need to. You can also adjust the thickness of your shake by adding more or less ice. I think this would also be good if you used Caramel Mocha Frappé Mix in place of the Oh My! Chai. My teenage daughter loved this, and she didn’t know there was cottage cheese in it until I told her.
