Balsamic Sirloin Skewers Recipe

Hearty sirloin and mushroom skewers, marinated with sweet-tangy balsamic, whole grain mustard and a touch of honey.

1. In a large bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients. Add steak and mushrooms; toss well to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate and let marinate at least 20 minutes or up to 1 hour.
2. Prepare grill to medium heat. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onions and Avocado Oil; toss to coat.
3. Thread steak and alternating vegetables onto skewers; discarding marinade. 
4. Place skewers on grill. Grill, turning occasionally, until desired doneness of beef is reached on an instant-read food thermometer (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium), about 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary if desired.
