Perfect for All Your Holiday Dinnertime Needs!
We LOVED this. The vinegar dressing was the perfect amount of flavor and I loved saving calories from traditional dressings. I left the almonds out, but added a chopped apple. I'll be making this for all our holiday dinners - Thanksgiving, Christmas, and probably even New Year's!

Fresh Flavor!
I served this salad for a girls' night in and it literally took 2 minutes to put together! My grocery store didn't have fresh spinach so I substituted spring salad greens. I also used pecans rather than slivered almonds as I had them on hand. The aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena dressing was very flavorful and you really don't need to use very much.
