Balsamic & Basil Shrimp Recipe
This is very easy and quick to make. Serve these as an appetizer with some toothpicks or with your side of choice.
ingredients
- 18 thin slices prosciutto, or very thin sliced ham
- 18 fresh basil leaves
- 18 peeled, deveined extra large shrimp

directions
Soak 18 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Wrap 1 basil leaf and 1 slice prosciutto around each shrimp. Thread shrimp on skewer. Repeat with remaining skewers and shrimp. Brush shrimp liberally with Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil. Grill shrimp over medium heat until cooked through, about 6 minutes. Drizzle with additional Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil. Serve hot or at room temperature. Makes 6 appetizer servings.
