Bacon & Tomato Avocado Toast Recipe

  1. In a small bowl, mash avocado with Seasoned Salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.  Set aside.
  2. Toast bagel halves; spread each with half the avocado mixture, then with the Bacon Pepper Jam.
  3. Top with tomato halves and bacon crumbles, if desired. Serve immediately.
