Bacon Pepper Jam Meatballs

I made this as a freezer meal but instead of meatballs I made it into a meatloaf. Our family loved it!! We served it over egg noodles and some broccoli. It was wonderful!

O. M. G. Super easy and super moist and delicious! I made these with the turkey meat and my husband and I couldn't stop eating them! The sauce is to die for! Just enough sweetness to really get the tastebuds going! I'm definitely making these again!

Ran out of ideas for ground turkey, so I looked through Tastefully Simple recipes as they always have great ideas - this is a keeper! The whole family loved them - even though I forgot to put the eggs in due to trying to do too many things at once, lol. I know they will be even better next time, when I remember all of the ingredients!

Though I am a little rusty on cooking meatballs in general, this meatball recipe is outstanding! Got to order more BPJ!

I cannot begin to explain the flavor in these little buggers! And the sauce for them... mamma mia DELISH! Enjoy!

This recipe is gonna make me famous at our work luncheon tomorrow, according to my husband! We had to sample them tonight and they are amazing! I can't wait to share them with my coworkers!

I was hesitant to try this recipe as I am not a big pepper jam fan, however these were AMAZING!!! My kids LOVED them, so super easy and full of flavor. I had to order more pepper jam right away to be sure to have on hand to make this dish again!
