Bacon Jam Baked Potatoes Recipe
A simple baked potato, easy to prepare and oh so yummy!
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Rub potatoes with oil, salt and pepper. Place on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Open potatoes and top with remaining ingredients.
Makes 4 servings.
