Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders Recipe

Great for weeknights or game day! These beefy little sandwiches are a kid-favorite with cheese and bacon.

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls, halved
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Sesame seeds, optional

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Place the bottom halves of rolls in the baking dish. Top with 1 cup shredded cheese*.
  2. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble beef until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes; stir in Bacon Pepper Jam. Spoon onto rolls. Top with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon. Add top halves of rolls.
  3. In small bowl, combine melted butter, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Brush over the tops of sandwiches. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil; bake 10 minutes. Remove foil; continue baking 5-7. Serve warm.

Makes 12 servings.

*Tip: Top shredded cheese with hamburger pickles or chopped pickle spears if desired.
