Bacon Avocado Deviled Eggs Recipe
A healthier version of a great classic!
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2-3 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
- 12 hard-boiled eggs, cooled
- Salt & pepper (optional0
Slice avocados in half. Remove pits and scoop out pulp; stir in Bacon Avocado Dip Mix. Add in lime juice and yellow mustard. Refrigerate. Cut eggs in half and remove yolks. Mix 6-8 yolks into bacon avocado mixture. Blend until smooth. Pipe into center of egg whites.

They look weird so people are hesitant and then they taste nothing like the classic deviled egg flavor. I thought it would be classic with an avocado twist. These were too avacado-y. And I could not taste the dip mix at all. The bacon was the only good part
