  1. In small bowl, finely mash avocado with a fork; stir in mayonnaise, Garlic Garlic Seasoning and Spinach & Herb Seasoning. Pepper as desired. Fold in chopped eggs.
  2. Top cucumber slices with egg salad. Sprinkle with bacon and place a tomato half on top. If desired, sprinkle with a pinch of Spinach & Herb Seasoning.

Make Ahead: For individual snack servings, divide egg salad into 3 small storage containers. Divide remaining ingredients into small storage containers. Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 5 days. Continue with step 2.
