Avocado Bacon & Chicken Flatbread Recipe

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1½ (8.8 ounce) packages Naan flatbread (3)
  • 1½ cups Creating Magic Pulled Chicken
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 1½ cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped cilantro, optional

This recipe requires Create Magic Pulled Chicken recipe.

  1. Prepare grill to medium-low heat or oven to 400°F.
  2. In small bowl, combine ricotta cheese and Rustic Herb Seasoning. Spread on flatbreads. Top with Creating Magic Pulled Chicken, bacon, avocado and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Place flatbreads on aluminum foil for grill or baking sheet for oven. Grill or bake until cheese is melted, about 12-14 minutes. If grilling, watch crust and turn grill down if needed so crust does not burn before cheese melts. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.

Serve with a green salad.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 2. Wrap in heavy-duty aluminum foil. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 400°F and continue with step 3.
