Asian Turkey Meat Loaf Recipe
An Asian twist of flavor on an old favorite.
ingredients
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped carrot
- 1 tsp. dried ground ginger

1 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic Seasoning
- 1 cup cooked Minute® rice
- ¼ cup chopped water chestnuts

3 Tbsp. Honey Teriyaki Sauce
- 1¼ lb. ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- Prepared or hot mustard

directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Heal oil, add next 3 ingredients; saute 2 minutes. Combine green onion mixture, ginger, Garlic Garlic, rice, water chestnuts, Honey Teriyaki Sauce and turkey. Stir until blended. Put mixture into greased 9 x 5 loaf pan; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with prepared or hot mustard. Makes 3-4 servings.
