Asian Pork Sliders Recipe
- 1½ lbs. ground pork
- 3 cups tri-color coleslaw mix (without dressing)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 12 Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls, sliced, pressed flat and toasted
Combine pork, 3 Tbsp. Honey Teriyaki Sauce and 1½ tsp. Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning in a large bowl; mix well. Form into 12 patties; set aside.
Combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, green onions, remaining 2 Tbsp. Honey Teriyaki Sauce and 1 tsp. Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning in another large bowl. Toss to combine; set aside.
In a large skillet, heat 1-2 Tbsp. Avocado Oil over medium-high heat. Add patties to skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes; turn over and continue cooking 3-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°. Place patties on rolls and top with coleslaw. Makes 12 servings.
Tip: Patties can also be grilled or broiled.
