Asiago Alfredo Warm Dip Mix Preparation Recipe
Melty, gooey goodness loaded with creamy Parmesan and Asiago cheeses.
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Combine dip mix, cream cheese and ¾ cup mozzarella cheese. Place in microwave-safe dish. Microwave 30 seconds; stir and repeat until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; heat an additional 30-60 seconds or until cheese melts. If desired, place warm dip in an oven-safe dish and broil until browned. Lighten it up: use light cream cheese instead. More ways to mix it up! - Serve with toasted cubes of our Bountiful Beer Bread or Multi-Grain Beer Bread. - Stuff into mushroom caps, sprinkle with seasoned breadcrumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until browned. - To make a cheese ball, combine dip mix with 8 oz. cream cheese; chill 2 hours. - For a creamy pasta sauce, combine dip mix with 8 oz. cream cheese and 1½ cups milk in a saucepan; heat gently until smooth. - For a cold dip, combine dip mix with ½ cup sour cream and ½ cup mayonnaise; chill 2 hours.
