Artichoke & Spinach Tuna Salad Recipe
A simple and light lunch or snack, this Artichoke & Spinach Tuna Salad is full of flavor and protein.
- 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna
- 2 avocados, mashed
- Grape tomatoes, halved
- Lettuce leaves
- No bake/cook
Mix first 3 ingredients well. Serve with halved grape tomatoes in a lettuce wrap, on a toasted bun or bread or crackers.
