Apple Bourbon Hot Toddies Recipe
Get warmed up with this twist on a traditional hot toddy, swirling with apple, spices and bourbon. Perfect for holidays!
- 5½ cups hot water
- 1¼ cups bourbon
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- Whipped cream and/or cinnamon for garnish, optional
- Slow Cooker
- Combine first 3 ingredients in an 8-cup or larger slow cooker. Stir well to dissolve; add orange slices.
- Keep on LOW until ready to serve.
- Serve in mugs, and garnish with whipped cream and/or cinnamon if desired.
Makes 12 servings.Note: Prefer to use your stovetop instead of a slow cooker? Heat in a Dutch oven or large saucepan over LOW.
