Teriyaki Mushroom & Swiss Burgers Recipe

Put a new twist on burger night with these juicy burgers, layered with crispy bacon, Swiss and tender mushrooms.

1. In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms; drizzle with Honey Teriyaki Sauce, stirring to coat. Sauté 3-5 minutes or until tender. Remove from skillet and cover to keep warm.
2. In medium bowl, combine ground beef and Ultimate Steak Seasoning. Form into 4 patties. 
3. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place patties in skillet or grill pan. Cook, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 8-10 minutes. 
4. Top each burger with a slice of cheese and mushrooms. Cover skillet until cheese melts. Top buns with bacon slices and burgers. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.

Serve with fresh fruit and sweet potato waffle fries.
